This is a great place to live. I have been here for 3 months and the ladies in the office are very nice. The maintenance guys are all awesome, they are very nice and polite. I have good neighbors and have made some great friends. I have visited at other Housing Authority Apartments in Floyd County none of them can compare to Martin Housing Authority at Grisbey Heights. Very clean and well taken cate of.
