Kenny's designed flowers for a funeral for my cousin the casket spray and side pieces were absolutely beautiful!!! Great service and friendly caring people!!!

I called back to speak with him myself. I was extremely polite to him even though he was cutting off my sentences and being rude. Even though I had heard the conversation he had with my mother, he said she called him a liar over the phone. He ended up hanging up on me after we came to harsh words. He said that we were lying about the flowers, even though I have pictures. He should be ashamed of the way he handles his complaints, if not only for the fact he sent brown, wilting flowers to a funeral service.

We waited until Monday, Sept 25, 2011 to call Kenny, when we knew he would be open and would have fresh flowers. My mother called first and had to leave a number to have Kenny call her back. His opening line to my mother was, "This is Kenny, you have a complaint?" He was extremely hateful. He told my mom that she picked out fresh flowers on Wednesday before the funeral and that they were not brown or wilted. He was extremely rude and even at one point implied that she was a liar when she asked him to talk to the funeral home. When he started to get combative with my mother, he denied the guarantee he had promised her, and insinuated that she was lying. Shortly after, he hung up on her.

Wondeful selection and such friendly people!

On Thursday, when we arrived at the funeral home early, the pink flowers on my grandmother's casket were already brown and wilting. My mother was very ill and distraught over the funeral, and had to constantly sit down to keep from passing out. We did not call the flower shop that night because of two reasons. The first, they were closed by the time we got done at the graveyard, and two, Kenny at the flower shop had told my mom that he didn't have any other flowers and wouldn't until the next week. At the graveyard, as we took some roses off the casket to dry and keep, they began to fall apart because they were so brown, dead, and wilted.

My mother purchased flowers from Kenny's Florist on Wednesday, Sept 21, 2011. They bought some flowers for the top of my grandmother's casket. Her visitation, funeral, and burial services were Thursday, Sept 22, 2011. They were back to back. They picked pink roses, which were the only ones that Kenny at Kenny's Florist said he had. He guaranteed them 100% that they would be fresh and beautiful.
